Affected by the global economic downturn, the textile industry is facing severe challenges, and the integration of information technology and digitalization has become an inevitable choice for the industry's transformation and development.The lace trim fabric inspection system, jointly developed by Xi'an Huode, Huawei Technologies, and other companies,Successfully addressing the pain points and difficulties of the traditional textile industry, such as the high rate of missed detection of fabric defects during manual quality inspection, is a vivid example of the textile industry's efforts to accelerate digital transformation and high-quality development.

In this project, Xi'an Huode, with more than ten years of experience in digital image processing, overcame the impact of warp knitting machines on image acquisition and imaging quality during the production process through mechanical, optoelectronic, and image preprocessing methods, and acquired high-fidelity, high-definition images of lace fabric, providing hardware support for the successful development of the system.
The project team organized experts in related fields to conduct a professional technical review of the 5G+warp knitting lace defect visual inspection project. The experts listened to the project team's report, reviewed the project research report and other relevant materials, conducted on-site inspections, and asked questions to conduct a technical review of the project. They affirmed the steady progress of the project and the results achieved.
Experts stated that the project has overcome several technical challenges, including AI-based identification and classification of complex defects in lace, defect grading, a false negative rate of less than 1.5%, automatic shutdown rules that balance production efficiency, algorithm compatibility, generalizability, and cloud-based computing resources for massive samples. It is a leading project nationwide and also possesses a certain degree of international competitiveness, marking a significant milestone. The project's core achievements fully demonstrate the advanced nature of its algorithmic computing power and the modular and standardized design of its solution, making it worthy of widespread application within the industry.
